After 10 months of construction, Zela Davis Park held a ribbon cutting ceremony to welcome families back to the playground! There’s a brand new playground, a basketball court, restrooms that are now wheelchair accessible new swings with some having seats catered to children who have physical mobility needs, gym equipment and much more!!! This project wouldn’t have been possible without the $3.5 million in grants! Zela Davis Park is located at 3654 W. 133rd St. Hawthorne, CA 90250

Next up in the pipeline, a joint upgrade with Ramona Park and Eucalyptus Park scheduled for completion in 2026.
