The South Bay Workforce Investment Board (SBWIB) held its 30th Annual Awards Ceremony. The event took place on October 30th, 2025 at the Torrance Marriott South Bay. 

The ceremony honored businesses, community partners, and individuals who have overcome challenges and achieved career success through SBWIB. In a surprise moment, longtime Executive Director Jan Vogel was also honored for his decades of leadership and guidance.
