The Hawthorne and Lawndale football teams met at SoFi Stadium for their 2025 Season Opener on August 21st. 

The teams battled each other for the 1st time since 2019 and the first time either team played in this state of the art stadium, which is currently home to the L.A. Rams and Chargers.
