The February 11th City Council Meeting opened with a proclamation from Councilmember Alex Monteiro honoring Tim and Loreta Hagerty. The pair was honored for their ongoing commitment to the City as volunteers for a decade to events and playing Mr. and Mrs. Santa Clause. Thank you both for all the joy you bring to the community.
