The City of Hawthorne held a Council Meeting on August 26^th. During the meeting, Mayor Pro Tem Alex Monteiro presented a check to the Hawthorne Police Department K9 unit.

In order to raise the funds, The Hawthorne President’s Council held a fundraising dinner for the K9 unit on May 15^th.
