City Council had several presentations, giving out certificates to the following. 

A presentation and certificates to Echo Theater Truck for bringing theater art to Hawthorne.

A certificate to Elena Meloni of New Star Family Justice Center for their many years of work in Hawthorne and supporting families going through domestic violence. 

Certificates to Hawthorne employees being recognized with the Good Neighbor Award for October.
